These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zz22 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available on the zz22 website at zz22.bet and any associated mobile-optimised versions of the same platform.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the zz22 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

zz22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date displayed prominently. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the zz22 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written and published in the English language. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zz22 platform and, if you hold an active account, contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure.

Governing Language

All communications between the Player and zz22, including support interactions, dispute correspondence, and formal notices, shall be conducted in the English language. Responses to communications submitted in other languages cannot be guaranteed and will be addressed at zz22's discretion.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms attached to any individual promotion you have opted into, constitute the entire agreement between you and zz22 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between you and zz22.

Access to the zz22 platform and all of its services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. zz22 does not permit players under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of zz22, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You are not self-excluded from the zz22 platform or from any other gambling platform under any applicable responsible gaming agreement.

Age Verification

zz22 employs a rigorous age verification process as part of mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. All players are required to submit valid government-issued identification — such as a Bangladesh National ID card — confirming that they are 18 years of age or older before any withdrawal request is processed. zz22 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during a player's registration or subsequent account activity, including at the time of a first deposit.

Where zz22 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be closed permanently. Any funds deposited by a player who is found to be under 18 will be returned to the source payment method, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you will be required to provide at minimum:

• A valid and active email address or Bangladesh mobile phone number that you own and have access to.
• A username of your choice, subject to zz22's content standards (no offensive, impersonating, or misleading usernames).
• A secure password that meets the platform's minimum complexity requirements.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 18 or over.
• Your country of residence — Bangladesh players must accurately select Bangladesh as their country.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, with possible forfeiture of account balances, depending on the nature of the misrepresentation.

You are required to update your account information promptly if any of your registered details change. Updates to name, date of birth, or national identification details must be supported by corresponding KYC documentation submitted to [email protected].

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the zz22 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. zz22 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed, bonuses will be forfeited, and withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. zz22 recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication, available from within your account settings, for an additional layer of security. zz22 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed through the payment channels listed in the cashier section of the platform.

Deposits

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time under standard transaction conditions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification tier and are displayed at the point of transaction. zz22 does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.

Bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other supported Bangladeshi financial institutions are accepted for larger transactions. Bank transfer processing times are typically one to four hours during standard banking hours (Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00 BST).

Deposits may only be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the account may be suspended for investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to three hours for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. zz22 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a measure to prevent money laundering.

zz22 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request it considers unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing on the part of the player. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where KYC verification is incomplete, where a bonus is still subject to active wagering requirements, or where the account is under review.

Currency

All player balances on the zz22 platform are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made in BDT. Where a player deposits in a currency other than BDT — which is not the recommended approach for Bangladesh players — the platform's prevailing exchange rate will be applied, and the resulting BDT balance will be final.

zz22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page, all bonus funds issued by zz22 are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x), indicates the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds — or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified — before a withdrawal request can be approved. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage or may be entirely excluded from wagering requirement calculations. The contribution rates for each game or category are specified on the individual promotion page.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process.
• zz22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of players who have already opted in and begun wagering.
• In cases where a player is found to have abused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or exploitation of system errors — zz22 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void the associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds. The specific maximum bet amount is stated on the promotion page. Placing bets above the stated limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Seasonal Promotions

zz22 periodically runs seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with Bangladesh market events, including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid festivities, Victory Day (December 16), Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) season, and IPL cricket season. Each seasonal promotion will have its own specific terms published at the time of the campaign.

As a registered player on the zz22 platform, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment instruments, or misrepresenting any material fact in connection with your account or any transaction.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, share strategy in a manner that constitutes collusion, or otherwise unfairly influence game outcomes in live dealer or multi-player settings.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software malfunction, pricing mistake, or vulnerability in the zz22 platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Automated Play: Using bots, automated software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written approval from zz22.
• Arbitrage and Bonus Abuse: Engaging in any strategy primarily designed to extract value from bonuses with minimal genuine gambling risk, including matched betting, arbitrage across markets, or coordinated low-risk wagering patterns.
• Money Laundering: Using the zz22 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime scheme.
• Underage Play: Allowing, assisting, or facilitating access to the zz22 platform by any person under the age of 18.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, abusive, or offensive language towards zz22 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

zz22 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these obligations. Such determinations are final and binding.

zz22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity associated with the account.
• Deposits or withdrawal activity that triggers AML alerts or investigation.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under zz22's Responsible Gaming policy.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, zz22 will process any pending withdrawals of real-money (non-bonus) funds to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, whether voluntary or enforced, your access to the zz22 platform will be revoked. Transaction history and personal data will be retained in accordance with zz22's data retention obligations as described in the Privacy Policy. Players who have been closed for breach of these Terms may be permanently barred from re-registering on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zz22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the zz22 platform, regardless of whether zz22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zz22's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your zz22 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Platform Availability

zz22 makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and performance of the platform on a 24/7 basis. However, zz22 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from planned or unplanned platform maintenance, server outages, third-party software failures, internet disruptions, or any other technical issue that causes the platform to be unavailable or to operate incorrectly.

Game Results

Game outcomes on zz22 are determined by certified random number generators (for RNG-based games) or by live human dealers operating under fair-play protocols (for live casino games). zz22 is not liable for the outcome of any individual game or bet. All bets once confirmed and placed are final, and zz22 is not obligated to reverse or refund bets based on the player's dissatisfaction with the outcome.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games and betting content available on the zz22 platform are provided by third-party studios and providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. zz22 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions arising from the game software of these third-party providers. In the event of a game malfunction that results in a clearly erroneous outcome, zz22 will void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the players' accounts.

Jurisdictional Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the zz22 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. zz22 accepts no liability for any legal consequences, financial penalties, or other adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zz22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which zz22 is incorporated as an offshore entity. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact zz22's support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any formal legal remedy. zz22 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.
